Scope and acceptance of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to every online course, workshop, mentoring package and digital resource sold by Garerano through garerano.com. By enrolling in a programme or paying a course fee, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
If you enrol on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms, and references to "you" include the business entity as well as the individual participant.
Enrolment and eligibility
Enrolment becomes binding when we confirm your place in writing, usually by email within two working days of receiving your application and payment. Places in live cohorts are limited and are allocated in the order that confirmed payments arrive.
- Participants must be at least eighteen years old
- Course content is delivered in English, and a reasonable working level of the language is expected
- You agree to provide accurate enrolment information and to update us promptly if your contact details change
- We may decline an application where the programme is clearly unsuitable for the applicant's stage or objectives
Fees, payment and invoicing
All prices on garerano.com are shown in euros and include Finnish VAT where applicable. Payment is due before the course start date unless we agree on a written instalment plan in advance.
- Instalment plans are available on selected programmes and must be requested before enrolment is confirmed
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and live sessions
- Invoices are issued electronically to the email address provided during enrolment
- Payment processing is handled by our regulated payment partner, and we do not store full card numbers on our servers
Course delivery and participant conduct
Live sessions are delivered online at the times published in the course schedule. Recordings are provided for participants who cannot attend a session in person, but recordings do not replace participation in the work required between sessions.
We expect respectful behaviour in every group setting. We may remove a participant from a programme without refund where there is harassment, discrimination, deliberate disruption or sharing of course materials with non-participants.
Intellectual property and use of materials
All course materials, templates, frameworks, recordings and written guides remain the intellectual property of Garerano or its licensors. Your enrolment grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business purposes.
You may not resell, publish, repackage or distribute our materials, in whole or in part, without written permission. Feedback and case studies you contribute remain yours, and we will ask for separate written approval before publishing any testimonial that identifies you.
Cancellation, liability and governing law
Cancellation and refund rights are described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where mandatory Finnish consumer protection law grants you stronger rights than this section, those statutory rights prevail.
Garerano is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or business outcomes that depend on your own execution. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the course fee you paid for the programme in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes will be handled by the courts of Tampere unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. Questions about these terms can be sent to garerano@hotmail.com.
