What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They allow the site to remember your preferences, keep your session secure and understand which pages visitors find useful. Garerano uses a deliberately small set of cookies, and we do not use any tracking technology that follows you across unrelated websites.

- Preference cookies: remember details such as your chosen language and which cookie notice version you have seen, so you are not asked repeatedly.
- Analytics cookies: help us understand which courses and articles attract the most interest, how long visitors stay and where people leave. Data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
- Marketing cookies: used only where you have explicitly accepted them, to measure whether a campaign brought you to our site.

When you first visit garerano.com, a cookie notice appears with the option to accept all cookies or continue with essential cookies only. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and honoured on future visits.

Third-party services that may set cookies
Some embedded functionality comes from trusted external providers, and their cookies are governed by their own policies. These include our video hosting platform for recorded sessions, our payment processor at checkout and the analytics service we use to measure site performance.
We keep the number of external services to a minimum and review our integrations regularly to make sure they still meet our privacy expectations.

If we add or remove a cookie category, we will update this policy and, where the change is significant, display the cookie notice again so you can review your choice.
